A mural is something that can bring together a sense of pride and community. At the Westside Elementary School Family Fun Night I had the different families come in and paint a mural together. The only rules I had were to paint "Spring stuff" and to not worry what it looked like. I have never seen my room SO colorful! Don't worry, I assured everybody that the paint was washable (I think).
