This week is called turkey week! Our lesson was all about collage. The students have handed in some pretty creating turkeys so far this week! Enjoy!

Dia de los Muertos.
For my 3-5 learners I did a lesson this week that teaches them about the “Day of the Dead”. “Dia de los Muertos” is celebrated mostly down in Mexico. I like to teach the Westside students about different cultures and tie them to the art world. For this activity we attempted an origami project involving the calavera (skull).
